How Coterie points accumulated are based on spends?
Coterie is a tier-based program wherein points are earned on the invoice value 
of your purchases and tier. Points cannot be accumulated on discounted products
or on purchases made at our online and retail partner stores.
When can I expect Coterie points for my in-store purchases?
Coterie points for retail purchases are credited immediately.

When will Coterie points for online purchases be credited?
Coterie points for e-commerce purchases will be credited post order delivery.
POINTS EXPIRY
How long are Coterie points valid?
Your Coterie points are valid for a warm 365 days from the date of issuance.
Can I Earn coterie points when purchasing gift cards?
Yes, points can be accumulated on the purchase of gift cards.
Do I earn points when redeeming gift cards?
Points cannot be accumulated on the redemption of gift cards.
POINTS ACCUMULATION DURING SALE
Can I collect Coterie points during the sale?
If you make a purchase of a full price product during the sale, you can 
accumulate points on it. However, point earning and redemption are
 temporarily suspended during sales.
POINT REDEMPTION
When can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points in your next purchases or any 
subsequent purchase till your points are valid.
Can my points be redeemed online and in stores?
Yes, they can be redeemed online or in stores except on purchases 
made from our Partner stores.
Can I redeem my points during sale?
No, point redemption will be paused during the sale.
Will I earn points when redeeming my points?
Points will be accrued for the differential amount which has been paid 
via cash or card only. The amount redeemed via points will not be 
eligible for points accrual. Points redeemed against 
promotional purchases will not be eligible for points accrual.

Do I earn points on utilizing a credit note?
No, you will not earn points on utilizing a credit note.
May I share my account or points and benefits with someone else?
To protect your account and points, we strongly advise against 
sharing your account details with anyone. 
As an added security measure, we've
 implemented an OTP (One-Time Password) system 
for redeeming points.
CANCELLATION
Do I earn Coterie points if my order or item is cancelled?
No points are earned if the order or item is cancelled.
What happens if only a part of my order is cancelled?
If part of the order is cancelled, points will be accrued based on the residual order value.
RETURNS & CREDIT NOTE
What happens to points if I return a product or receive a credit note ?
In case of a return, as you're receiving a credit note for your purchase, 
your reward points will continue to reflect in your account.
